I 100% completely work out for myself. I workout to build my self-esteem. I workout to maintain my health. I workout to make my booty pop- for myself. My best workouts are the ones that make me feel sexy even though I feel like I a dying, red-faced, and more than likely have sweat stains dripping down my leggings. The best way to feel sexy during your workout if the right playlist, and I’ve put together 4 1/2 hours worth of girl power to get you through cardio, squats, abs, and arms- maybe even the occasional booty popping you feel so good.
